The accommodation consists of:

Ground floor - open plan lounge with alcove to galley style kitchen. Views over sand dunes and across Hayle to the countryside beyond.

2 Bedrooms - 1 small double and 1 twin bedded room both with glimses of the sea.

Bathroom - with shower over bath, toilet and wash basin. Heated towel rail.

Services.

Wall mounted panel heaters and fan heater in bathroom. All electricity, bed linen (duvets) and heating are included in the weekly rental.

Beds are made up ready for your arrival and a welcome tray of tea and home-made biscuits or cakes is provided for you.

Fresh farm eggs available if booked in advance.

Free parking for 2 cars.

Radio, colour TV, electric cooker, 'fridge with ice box and microwave oven.

Books and games for your entertainment.

Small garden area with BBQ, garden furniture and picnic area.
